Move of the day: SUMO SQUAT
You don’t have to use a bar. Use anything that has weight and hold it at shoulder level or over your head.
Do 30 squats and then hold for 10 sec in the squat position. Repeat 3x
Tips:
1 keep the feet turned out
2 pelvis and booty tucked under
3 shoulders back and back flat
4 get low
5 squeeze the tush and inner thighs to stand up.
