Swing Squats @ the park 

Audrey loves it when I do these. She thinks it is funny. But hey I get in the workout. Grab the swing and lean back lifting up on your toes then let go and keep the weight back in the heels. Touch the ground and stand up catching the swing again to give your baby a kiss and then repeat  I count too. 10 at a time is all I usually get.
