As promised…Swing workout moves! Can’t get in a workout because you have the kiddos driving you nuts?? Put them in a swing and start moving
These are just 2 of the FULL 15 minute playground moves. My 5 year old son was filming so I apologize for it being jumpy.
Power Jumps 3 @ a time and repeat for 1 minute.
Slow, Slow Quicks: 4 slow knees high then 8 quick.
All in between pushes.
