Stroller workout!

Stroller workout! You can totally do this without baby in tow. Now that the weather is nice I like@to get outside and exercise. Try this one: 10 rounds: Sprint for 20 seconds then slow jog for 40 seconds 100 squats and 100 push-ups for time. I use the stop signs in my neighborhood. ... VIEW POST

AGHH....i am In heaven. I love to make my own dressings but now Bragg has done it for me. I can read all the ingredients and they taste delishious! Find them in your local grocery store in the dressing section or gluten free section. ... VIEW POST
