Healthy Sirloin Tip Roast

This steak tip roast was super easy to make and my kids loved it too. We served it up with some butternut squash cooked with oil and cinnamon, sauteed' spinach, mushrooms sauteed with onions and garlic.  We took the 3 lbs sirloin and cut it in half allowing for shorter cooking time.
