SUMO KICK!!

Move of the Day: SUMO KICK!! Keep your body straight when you kick and lift from the core and hips. Don't lead with the foot. Push through the heel when you Kick. Keep your chest up when you squat down. Get lower in the squat as you go. 1 minute reps, 3 rounds. #moveoftheday #squat ... VIEW POST
