It is going to be an amazing week full of tips and information on how to Eat Clean and Live a healthy balanced lifestyle when it comes to your nutrition.
Here is what you need to do to get started:
1. Add me as a friend On Facebook
2. Join our Facebook group for the challenge. Watch the Welcome Video in the newsfeed and read the Simple and Timeless Nutrition Guidelines in the files section.
3. Make me your Free fitness and health coach. This is a way for me to keep in touch with you and for you to get all of the information for our challenge outside of Facebook.
I am so excited to get started. We will start on Monday August 18th and I will start posting on Friday to help you get prepared for the week.
