A lot of people ask me about putting salt in my water in the morning and also how I can eat salt on my food. I LOVE Himalayan salt. The benefits are amazing and I can have salt without swelling. I am a believer in that it helps me absorb the nutrients I need from the foods I eat. I get asked all the time what vitamins I take and I don’t take any.
