Legs and abs oh my. Holy heck!! So I am tired and cranky and sore super moody and irritable after several late nights and long days. I DID NOT want to do my workout today. Not even a little bit. I didn’t even want to make the food I prepped for lunch.
Yup…me. The one who is usually the MOTIVATOR…needed to retreat my fit family and our accountability group and ask for a pep talk. I was greeted with love and inspiration and video montages encouraging me to get up and get it done. “YOU CAN DO IT” they said. Lol. So I did.
Now I just want to lay here because I can barely walk, my legs are like jello, I’m sweating like a sinner in church and I just don’t want to move. Lol. But DANG!!!! That was an awesome workout. Leg day…I love to hate you. Toss in a little hardcore ab routine and I am calling it a day. Lol. Who got in their workout today?? What’d you do? Fit minds wanna know. Lol.
