Today we tried the sweat fest. It was a surprise to see the old cast of insanity up there and there wasn’t a modifier. Fortunately, most of the exercises are ones done in the other videos so I knew what to do to modify. I tried my best to follow Shaun and push myself to the max except on the exercise that I know are just too intense on my lower back and hips.
I enjoy the modifier because even though I am going slower than Val and Shaun…I can really feel the muscles working. I am able to get lower, kick higher, and really target those key muscles.
#imaxedout at 24:03 because I just couldn’t handle it anymore. It was tough. My shoulders and my abs just said enough. Lol. We finished it all the way through to the end but we were struggling at the end. All in all…great workout and sweaty workout.
