Today I whipped up a little video workout for you that you can do using any smooth surface. I used 2 hand towels. You can use pot holders, furniture sliders, washcloths, napkins, paper towels, plastic planters, pillows…whatever you can get your hands on that will slide.

ELBOW TO KNEE 3×10 ea Side
FEEL THE BURN!!! LOL
