Time to heal my body! This momma is not playing around. Just cleaned out all the junk and non organic foods from the pantry, freezer and the fridge. #freshstart.
I recently found out that I have tons of pesticides in my system (even though we eat healthy), candida overgrowth in my gut, 6 different parasites in my body, and mercury poisoning from a 13 year old plastic surgery that needs repairing. FAB!!!
I will explain this more in depth in another posts. But all these things are what is making me sick.
So I have been learning, getting coaching, and researching how to get myself healthy and this is step #1.
Now on to make a new meal plan for myself that is mostly plant based. I don’t plan to be vegan BUT I am limiting he amount of meats and seafood that I eat for a while to heal my gut. Here goes nothing!! Feel free to ask questions and I will do my best to answer. I am still learning myself about it all.
