I am riding the struggle buss today. I can not get motivates. AT ALL. And I have the munchies. So Here is my TIP OF THE DAY: If you are used to munching or haven’t followed a meal plan in awhile, you might be tempted to snack. Instead of snacking during TV time with the fam, sip on some green tea or just warm tea to keep the cravings a way. If you just can’t resist. Choose a snack from the healthy snacks list. You can never eat too many raw veggies.
I am about to chug some E&E (AKA mommy crack) and find my motivation for the day! Dinner is going in the cockpot, laundry is going in the wash, and I am gonna bust out my workout. Maybe if I say that here…I will actually do it. LOL. Anyone else struggling today?
