TODAY MARKS THE START of my full body reset. I am working to get rid of my adrenal fatigue so I don’t have to take hormones. I believe that I can heal my body with food, proper sleep, and just taking better care of myself. My routine for the next month doesn’t allow me to do resistance or strenuous exercise but I am able to walk, ride my bike, stretch and do light yoga and tai chi. Should be interesting
I enjoyed my yoga and stretching session with my little girl this am. I have my mind in the right place and I am committed to following the program 100%
