Check out today’s max 30 workout with Val and I. Friday Fight is always a rough one. I found myself saying that I was gonna give up several times but I didn’t want to be the first one to Max out. We both maxed out at almost the exact same time. Val’s was by accident…mine was not. I followed Shaun for pretty much everything today. There are only a few things that I choose to follow Danielle because for me…it is a tougher more focused movement that I know gives me more targeted results.
We video’d the modifications though so you could see what they are. Really anyone can do this workout & it’s a challenge that shapes you mentally and emotionally not just physically.
