Today’s plank move is going to target your abs as well as you core as a whole. Personally this one gets my whole body. Not sure what to call this officially but I call it knew to elbow. The move is exactly that. Set yourself up into a plank position. But down back flat neck in neutral spine. Pulling from your core using your abdominal s , lift your knee and pull it towards your opposite elbow (right knee to left elbow). Tap your elbow with the knee and then replace your foot back down on the ground next to the other foot. Repeat on the other side. This equals one rep. Do 10-12 reps (20-24 total) and repeat for 3 rounds.
