Travel TIP!

Travel TIP: hit the grocery store…not the drive through . Below are just a few ideas for you guys for breakfast while traveling.

1/2 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt with honey.
Water

I bought all this at the grocery store for the trip. We packet a cooler and I used the hot water at the gas station in the coffee/tea area to make the oatmeal. If we ate at the hotel I would have used the coffee pot to make hot water.

I read ingredient labels. I look for natural ingredients only. As best I can anyway. I am not perfect but this is a whole lot better for me than a greasy breakfast sandwich or pastry in the hotel lobby.
