Move of the Day:
I thought about doing regular push-ups but these are killer and same principles apply. Work your chest and triceps at the same time.
1 get into a push-up position
2 make a triangle with your hands.
3 shoulders directly over the wrists
4 keep your hips pressed towards the ground (no downward doggin it)
5 feet can be together or shoulder width apart
6 press the heels back
7 energy in the core so your shoulders and wrists don’t hurt
8 bend at the elbows keeping them close to your sides (not military style but not free bird elbows out either)
9 go as far down as you can
push back up keeping the hands flat on the floor.
don’t lean too far forward or your wrists will hurt
