Turmeric Tea – Dairy and Sugar-free
Ingredients
1 cup dairy-free milk (like Easiest Coconut Milk or Easiest Almond Milk)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 scoop stevia (or other low carb sweetener)
Directions:
1. Heat milk on the stove top until hot.
2. Stir in the spices and stevia.
