Up against the wall workout. I have a few different versions of the wall workout and today we start with the more advanced inverted workout. So much fun and as you can see…Audrey joined me. I will give you the moves but who would like to see a video?
10 reps of each move and if you are using a single leg…its 10 on each side Repeat 3 times
Wall push-ups
Wall sprints
Wall walks
Wall knee to elbow
Have fun…we sure did
