Life is not merely to BE ALIVE, but to BE WELL. I slept WAY in this morning after a LONG night with a toddler who did not want any part of sleep. My body has been in GO mode for weeks now and it needed the rest.
Wake up each morning with gratitude for each day is a gift. Stretch, and take deep breathes. Drink a cup of warm water with lemon and let your body awaken and energize so you are ready to take on what the day brings.
For me…today brings LOTS of one on one time with my coaches and then and afternoon full of fun with my little ones. Happy Monday!!
