GOODMORNING ABS!! Want to whip your abs into shape? You can do this ab workout in about 6-8 minutes.
Use a weight that works for you. I use a 10 lbs weight. Do each exercise for 1 minute OR so each for 30 seconds and repeat. You could also go for reps. 60 each unless you need to repeat sides and then you do 30 on each side.

Weighted Knee Drop
Weighted Twists
weighted Hip Drops
Scissor kicks
Plank Twists
