We are cheesy. But who cares. We are getting our selves all amped up and educated to start out Max 30 tomorrow. We decided to do it together. A little healthy competition never hurt anyone.
I have not done hard core workouts like this in a while so I will be following the modifier and he will do the full version. Since there is a split screen so I can see the modifier the entire time we will be able to keep up with one another and push each other. We haven’t done a program together in a while either because of our schedules. This is only on week days. Only 5 days a week so we can relax on the weekends. This should be FUN!!
We start tomorrow but we are going to have more people joining us on the 5th. You should do it with us!! Come on you know you want to. It’s not scary and everyone can do it. Including my 30 week pregnant friend. We will help you learn about how to eat for everyday and help hold you accountable just as we are doing for each other.
