The weekend is here but you can’t get (or keep) your Body in shape if you indulge in junk! Keep the slip ups as just that…A Slip…Not a slide. Here’s a workout to keep you on track this weekend:
Warm up! (jog)
1 min of jumping jacks
1 min of plank
50 squats
30 switch lunges
15 push-ups
1 minute of your favorite abs
Repeat 2x
