Move of the Day: WEIGHTED SQAUT TWISTS
You can use a ball or a soup can or 1liter water bottle. Use a weight that you are comfortable with.
1 keep your shoulders up
2 tush tucked
3 squeeze your core
4 keep your support foot parallel with your shoulders
Turn hips so they are square with the side wall and turn the toe over.
You should feel a stretch in your oblique muscle.
