I have made it a point to stick to the plan (minus the splurge last night at STK on blue cheese bread). I packed Shakeology and a shaker cup. I brought a Nalgene water bottle and just refill it with water to keep me hydrated. I keep snack bars In my bag and when we eat from a restaraunt I choose things like a taco salad without all the added calories like cheese and sour cream and rice. Or I grab a lean protein like chicken or fish for dinner with veggies and not all the creamy toppings. (Yes I know they are sooo good but they aren’t worth it)
Your health is your choice. Yes it’s okay to live but eat 85% for health and 15% for fun. Just because your on vacation doesn’t mean EVERY MEAL should be in the “fun” category.
