I spent some time with the family yesterday at the park and while the boys were playing I made use of the rocks and park benches. I noticed my form in this video is pretty bad. Gotta keep working on that but balancing on a rock was pretty hard. Lol. Excuses I know. Try to keep your chest up higher than I did and keep your tush back a little more so your knee is further back and over the ankle.
