This almost didn’t happen today. Gotta be honest. This little girl woke up at 4:30 and I just didn’t want to get out of bed. I hit snooze 4 times, I was sore, and I kept telling myself I would do it later and that I didn’t have enough time to get it done. All the excuses started to flow. Thank goodness I had to pee because it is about the only reason I got my butt out of the bed at all. Once I was up I convinced myself to put on my workout clothes and just go for it. Sooo…there it is. It was the longest 33 minutes ever and I am exhausted but I feel much more awake than I did laying in bed. Sooo Glad I didn’t just say screw it. I would have been kicking myself all day. And it probably wouldn’t have been done later. YAY!!! Go Me!! Who else stuck to the plan today and got their workout done?
